Ian Allinson will be speaking at the New Organising Conference in a session on Workplace leadership: where to find it/how to nurture it, alongside Kevin Courtney, former NEU General Secretary.
This conference will bring together workers who are organising and fighting back at work along with those who want to, to share experiences, knowledge, ideas and skills.
